Great Stay with Family
We enjoyed our stay in the suite, even though we faced some hiccups with check-in. The kids loved the on-site dining option, which offered kid-friendly meals. A tip for families, check the rooftop pool hours ahead of time since it closes early. Overall, a good experience!

Had an awesome time in the corner queen studio! The bed was super comfy and the view of the city was stunning, especially at night. The staff was super friendly, even giving me a glass of wine during check-in. Plus, the location was great, close to the subway and lots of fun places to eat. The rooftop bar was my fave, serving killer views and killer cocktails. And let’s not forget the rooms—spacious and decked out in style. Plus, the cleaning crew? Total gems, always in good spirits!
However, I felt misled about the view—it wasn't quite what I expected for my milestone birthday trip.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We checked out the rooftop bar and enjoyed city views. Also squeezed in a workout session at Aerospace – such a cool place! Don't miss nearby independent theaters for an evening of artsy films. Overall, a great vibe!
The only downside was the room cleaning. it wasn't serviced when we returned in the evening, which was a bit frustrating.

I checked in and mentioned my rough travel day. The front desk staff offered a room upgrade and a glass of wine. This simple act made my stay enjoyable. The bed was comfortable and the location was good for my needs. I appreciate such thoughtful service while on the road. Being Italian, I always seek small but meaningful gestures while traveling with my partner.
I had difficulty reaching the front desk during my stay. The pool area was crowded due to non-guests using it.

Had a fantastic 5-night stay! The location is a shopper's paradise, and we loved the stunning views from our corner room. The vibe is artsy yet cozy—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring!
But seriously, if the walls were any thinner, I’d have known my neighbor's life story! The noise levels were more like a Broadway show than a retreat.
